Robert Fleege & Partners is an advertising & design agency specializing in primarily out-of-home and print advertising. Art direction, copywriting and graphic design. Other services include marketing communications, creative and idea generation consulting, trade show graphics and business development programs.

The name of the business should really be Robert Fleege & Partnerships. I consider all my clients, vendors and media representatives my partners. I am constantly looking for a variety of creative projects that are challenging, meaningful, and fun which lead to long-term and mutually rewarding relationships.

1- GRADUATE OF OUTDOOR ADVERTISING - Having spent most of my career doing billboards has taught me to condense my communication down to the true essence. My ads create immediate interest and reward viewers with a relevant pay off. In addition to outdoor, I have done a lot of magazine and newspaper print advertising, cable TV, direct mail, collateral and graphic design.

2- ADAPTATION - I am a quick learner who loves and embraces new technology.

3- SPEED & CREATIVITY - I work fast. I produce a massive amount of ideas in a short time. I have passionately studied idea generation for years and have developed a great set of techniques for the creative process.

To prove it to myself and to develop my skills, I took an 8-week Stand-up Comedy class at the Hyena Comedy Institute in San Francisco graduating with two successful live shows. Humor in advertising serves as "permission to pitch" and can play an important part in branding and ad recollection as well. My TV commercial reel rivals my stand-up routine.

7- WRITING SKILLS - In addition to conceptual art direction and design, I also like to write. I have written several articles, lots of ads and collateral material. One of my greatest creative achievements is a successful 20 page US patent application that passed with flying colors. (Pat No. 5,946,737). All the work in my portfolio is, for better or for worse, written and art directed by me. I recently also became a featured columnist on Creative Outdoor Advertising at the www.greatoutdoornetwork.com website and newsletter.

8- ETERNAL STUDENT & TEACHER - I love reading and I am a relentless student of all aspects of life. I have recorded life wisdom from the most influential people I have met & sources, along with my own tips and observations into a book that I plan to publish. It currently holds 519 lessons/inputs. The working title is Kaizen 101 - applying the Japanese business philosophy of gradual and continual improvements to everyday life.

9- THINK GLOBAL - I have lived, worked, and studied in four countries. I speak, read, and write four languages, three of them fluently. I have traveled the world and continuously draw upon my life experiences for ideas and solutions.

10- THE PERSON - My hobbies include, art, writing, stand-up comedy, inventing, sailing, golf, formula 1, web, skiing & snowboarding, cooking, history, geography, hiking, domain names and adventure travel. I'm fun and interesting to be around with a life-first approach to life. (and if you can believe it -- in real life, I am also quite modest :)
